From the BBC. I just think it's sort of interesting, but it's probably nothing you haven't heard before.
There's also a sound clip that you can listen to, which is also sort of interesting, it's an interview and near the end the woman talks about how girls are thinking about themselves as things to only be looked at and not as actual people who have a place in the world. I think it's very hard nowadays to look at yourself and think that you're really a wonderful person, there always seems to be so much to look down upon when judging yourself, but I think we all just need to step back a moment and realize how beautiful our human persons can be...
